Having trouble customizing your tote or seeing the wrong date at the top of your tote swap page?
- Make sure you are using our iPhone App, or Google Chrome on your desktop or mobile device as our site is optimized for that browser.
- If you are using the iPhone app already, try signing out, completely closing the app then restarting and logging back in. Sometimes, it’s just an update issue so reloading the app often fixes the problem.
Does the link from your email or text seem to be broken?
Try logging into your account going to your My Totes page. Your next tote, ready to be customized should be populated there.
