You should be able to update your payment info at any time from your Account page by clicking "Edit Billing Information". We do not accept prepaid cards. Make sure you are using your credit card or a debit card to ensure our system will accept your payment information.

Using Google Chrome but still receiving an error message when entering your card information? Triple check that the billing address and/or zip code you entered matches the address tied to your card.
