You should be able to update your payment info at any time from your Account page by clicking Edit Billing Information. At this time our system does not accept prepaid cards. Make sure you are using a valid credit card or debit card to ensure a successful signup!

If you are still unable to update your card, make sure that the billing address and zip code entered matches the address tied to your card.
