For unlimited memberships, our goal is to get you as many totes as possible within your billing cycle. On average, the time between when you return a tote to receiving another should be around 5 business days.
Here are ways we try to minimize time without a tote:
-We style your next tote as soon as we hear from USPS that your current one is on its way back to us
-Once you finalize your tote, we immediately get to work preparing and packing your tote to be shipped -- most get shipped within 24-48 hours
-We use USPS priority mail when shipping totes to customers (2-3 days)
If you have a Limited membership, you receive only 1 tote within each billing period. Your billing date is set 30 days after your first tote is styled. If you return your tote before your next billing date, we'll style your next tote on your billing date. If you hold on to your tote past your next billing date, we'll set up your next tote upon receiving notification that your current tote is on its way back to us.
