For unlimited memberships, our goal is to get you as many totes as possible within your billing cycle. On average, the time between when you return a tote to receiving another should be around 5 business days.
Here are ways we try to minimize time without a tote:
-We style your next tote as soon as we hear from USPS that your current one is on its way back to us
-Once you finalize your tote, we immediately get to work preparing and packing your tote to be shipped. Most get shipped within 24-48 hours
-We use USPS priority 2-3 day shipping to ensure your tote gets to you as quickly as possible.
