Every tote is like a package deal! This means that if your tote is not returned back to Le Tote with all pieces included, we will consider any unreturned pieces as “tote purchases”.

When we receive your tote at our distribution center, our check-in team will note any missing items. If an item is missing, and we’ll automatically charge the item’s LT Price to your card on file. (Keep track of your purchase history here!)
Did not intend to make a purchase but already returned part of your tote?
No worries, returns with Le Tote are super easy! Simply pop the item in with the next tote that you are returning back to us. As long as we receive your return within 30 days of receiving the item, we will issue a refund! Learn more about our Return Policy here.
