We love your photos and reviews! Photo sharing and reviews are an important part of the Le Tote community and help members learn more about our products and decide which items to rent.
There are a few situations where we will not approve certain photos. These are:
- Photos that don’t picture the product being reviewed
- Photos that are very blurry, dark or otherwise hard to view
- Multiple photos of the same look
- Photos uploaded upside down or sideways
- Photos that contain inappropriate or objectionable material.
- This may consist of (but is not limited to):
- Photos containing nudity, obscene, sexist, or racist material
- Photos depicting drug use, drug paraphernalia, smoking or tobacco use, excessive drunken behavior, or weaponry of any kind
- Photos containing logos or visible branding of other companies
- Photos depicting behavior such as blatant promotions, proselytizing, or campaigning
- Copyrighted images of which the rights are not owned by the submitting party
- Excessively altered or Photoshopped images
- This may consist of (but is not limited to):

- Blatant promotions, proselytizing, or campaigning
- Copywritten content not owned by the submitting party

- Reviews that do not provide useful information for other customers about the style reviewed.
- Reviews commenting solely on the condition of a specific item received, including but not limited to feedback surrounding damages, stains, tears or shrinkage. As we carry multiples of each item on our site, feedback specific to the particular item you received may not be applicable to our larger community. We strive to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition, but we know that sometimes we miss the mark. I noticed you feature some of my photos on social media and on the Le Tote site. How does that work?
- Le Tote community members can share outfit photos of themselves in Le Tote items to inspire others and help them decide which items to rent. Once you upload your outfit photo, it will remain publicly available on our site. We claim ownership of all user-submitted content (including anything you upload to our site from Instagram) and reserve the right to use such content throughout the site, in marketing materials, or however else we see fit. We reserve the right to disable or remove user-submitted content we feel is unacceptable for any reason. If you have questions about why something was removed, please contact us.
