How can I reprint my return label?

You can always print a new return label from your My Totes page from a desktop computer.

Here’s how:

1. Log into letote.com
2. Click into "My Totes" at the top of the page
3. Click the 3 dots located at the top right of the page (Not seeing this? Click "My Tote Has Been Delivered")
4. Click "Reprint my return label"
5. Print the new shipping label that appears in a new window

You can affix your label to any box or bag to return your tote items.

Our reprinting shipping label feature is not yet available on mobile or tablet devices, but stay tuned!
