You can track the status of your tote on Desktop or with your Mobile Phone browser by going to the My Totes page.
Once we create a new tote for you, you’ll be able to track its progress all the way from when we style it to when it’s delivered to your door. Simply log in and click “My Totes” on the top of the page. We’ll also send you an email once your tote has been shipped.
Once your tote has been marked as delivered, you’ll be able to rate the items!
On desktop, you’ll also find some extra features such as reprinting your return shipping label or a link to the USPS tracker for your tote by clicking the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your current tote.
Currently tracking is not available on the iPhone app, but stay tuned! That feature will be added soon!
