You can pause your subscription at any time by placing your account on hold! Keep in mind that you’ll need to return your last tote before your billing date in order for your hold to take effect.
The perks of putting your account on hold:
- You won't be charged while your account is on hold
- All of your information is saved
- You can continue making purchases at membership pricing
- You can reactivate or extend your hold at any time
- You will be notified 3 days before your account is set to reactivate
- Any paid time left on your month will roll-over for you to enjoy upon reactivating.
How to put your account on hold:
1. Login and go to your account page
- Click “Edit Membership Details” from the Membership Details section
- Select “Place your account on hold” and enter your reason and duration

2. In the Membership section, select the amount of time you want the hold to last
