There are two ways to make a purchase from Le Tote:
- Purchase from your tote
- Purchase online at letote.com
Purchasing a piece from your tote is easy!
- Simply hold on to the item and send the rest of your tote pieces back!
- Once we receive your tote, we will mark the item as purchased, charge your card on file, and send you an email receipt with the transaction details.
- Love your whole tote? You can also purchase the entirety from your "Totes" page! When you buy your whole tote, your next one will immediately begin styling, and your next month of service is on us.
Alternatively, you can let us know which pieces you want to purchase before you return your tote!
- Login to letote.com
- Go to your “My Totes” page
- Click “Select Items to Buy”. Here, you can see details about your purchase. Your card on file will be charged when you confirm your purchase.
Change your mind?
No problem! If you told us you wanted to buy an item but we receive it back in your returned tote, we’ll refund you according to our return policy. Or, if you decided to keep another item that you didn’t include in your original tote purchase, we will charge you once we receive your returned tote and see that item missing.
NOTE: Using the “Select Items to Buy” button is a completely optional step, and does not exist on the Le Tote iPhone app yet.
Purchasing a piece directly from letote.com is like regular online shopping.
- Simply select “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
- Due to our constantly rotating inventory, items bought directly from the site generally ship out within 7-10 business days after they are purchased.
Note: If you are unable to click 'Add to Cart', this item is not currently available for direct purchase. Be sure to check back since we frequently restock our most-loved items!
