Please send us an email at email@example.com. Please be ready to provide the email address associated with your account and your full name. If you choose to email us, please tell us about your experience. We'd love to make it right!
There are no fees or penalties for cancellations. Just make sure your final tote is back with us before your next billing date to avoid further membership fees!
Just signed up but changed your mind? You can cancel your account anytime before your first tote ships out directly on your Account page from desktop or mobile web. If you choose to do this, you will automatically be refunded when you complete the cancellation.
How to cancel your account if your first tote hasn't shipped yet:
1. Login and go to your account page [https://www.letote.com/profile]
2. Click “Edit Membership Details” from the Membership Details section
3. Select “Cancel your account” and enter your reason
Note: Placing your account on hold prevents your next tote from being queued up or shipped. You can place your account on hold at any time from your "Account" page. See more about holds here.
