With our customization feature, “Tote Swap” allows you to choose the looks that you love in every tote.
Once your tote is styled, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification, after that you’ll have 7 days to style your tote, so there is no need to rush. If you don’t find anything while in “Tote Swap” you can always come back at any time within that 7-day window as our assortment of clothing rotates.
Just as a friendly reminder your tote will ship once that 7-day window runs out. If you need an extension please contact our Customer Care Team and they’ll be more than happy to help.
Here's a step by step on how to use "Tote Swap"
Desktop, Mobile Web, and iOS App:
To Swap Your Tote:
- Go to your My Totes page.
- Select "Choose Items".
- Browse by Suggestions, your Favorites, all available Clothing or Accessories
- When you find an item you love, click its photo and select "Add to Tote". From there you will be able to add it as one of your current items or add it as an additional item. You can also remove items by clicking the "Remove" button. To view what you currently have in your tote simply click the Tote Icon on the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Once you've designed your dream tote, click "Ship Your Tote".
After a tote is prepared we get it packed up and shipped out ASAP! You can track its progress from your Totes page.
If you no longer want your tote pre-filled simply click into "Edit Account Info & Preferences" on your Accounts Page and under "Pre-Fill Totes With Items" to toggle it "Off or On".
* The Le Tote App is only available for iOS users at this time.
* Extra add on items are $9.99 for clothing and $5.99 for accessory items. Your total balance for the additional items will be shown at the bottom of your totes cart.
*Receiving your "Tote Swap" notification is generally a quick process but if you do not receive your notification within 24 hours please contact our Customer Care team right away.
