All purchases can be returned within 30 days of their purchase date for a full refund in the form of purchase credit unless otherwise stated as final sale.
Any purchases returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
If you purchased your entire tote: returning any item from that purchase will void your “free month” of membership.
- To return an online purchase: Return the purchase with the prepaid, pre-addressed return envelope shipped with your order.
- To return a purchase made from a past tote: Return the purchase with your next tote.
