When a tote is not returned to Le Tote all together, it signals to our check-in team that you intended to purchase any unreturned pieces. In order to send out your next tote, we will need to charge your card for this purchase.
Not to worry, we make returns simple! Return the piece with your next tote. As long as we receive your return within 30 days of the purchase date, we will issue a refund of purchase credit back to your account.
