On rare occasions, we sometimes notice as we’re packing your tote that an item is not up to our quality standards. We take quality extremely seriously, so would rather send you something that meets our standards than send you something that may leave you less than satisfied.
To make up for this, we always add an additional item to your next tote when this occurs.
When we do need to replace an item in your tote, we do our best to replace it with a similar item based on your style preferences and what will fit. At this time we don’t allow customers to replace the item themselves.
