We are sorry if there was any confusion on why your service was renewed. Le Tote is a subscription-based service which means your account is automatically renewed each month on the same billing date unless it is paused or canceled.
We try to make the automatic renewal policy very clear on the site when you order or log into your account, but sometimes it gets missed!
Please keep in mind a paused account does not mean it has been canceled. While your membership is paused, all of your sizing, styling, and account information will be saved. You can still make online purchases at our discounted membership or sale prices, but you will not be sent totes or charged membership fees until your hold period is over. Learn more about it Here.
Your membership will not expire unless you contact Customer Care and choose to cancel your subscription. You can contact the Customer Care Team via Email or phone at 1-844-899-8683 M-F 9AM-5PM PST and we will be more than happy to help.
