What is your return policy on Sale items?
All Sale items are final sale: non-refundable, no exchanges.
How long does it take to ship Sales orders?
Sale items generally take 7-10 business days to process and ship out via USPS 2-3 day priority mail
*** Sale items ship out separately and will not be included in your normal totes.
What if something in my current tote is on Sale?
To purchase item(s) from your tote that is currently included in our Sale is simple.
- Log in to your account at letote.com
- Go to your “My Totes” page
- Click “Select Items to Buy”. Here, you can see details about your purchase. Your card on file will be charged the sale amount when you confirm your purchase. Learn more about Purchasing Here.
You can also hold on to the item(s). Once your tote is returned to us, we'll charge your card on file, honoring the Sale price shown on your My Totes page.
*** Keep in mind if you purchase a sale item using Tote Checkout during a SALE, the item is final sale and cannot be returned.
Why did I only receive some of my Sale order?
Since we are a rental based company sometimes items can take longer than usual to circulate back to us. This means we will send out what we have available in our warehouse within 7-10 business days and send out the rest once they become available. This means you may receive your order in separate shipments.
How often do you have Sales?
While we don’t have a definitive scheduled sale date we always make sure our Le Tote members are alerted when we do have one!
Why didn’t my Sale order come with a return label?
Since all Sale items are Final Sale they do not require a return label. If you would like to report an issue with your order please contact our Customer Care team right away.
