How does this referral program work?
When you refer a friend, she’ll be able to try Le Tote at no cost by getting a 14-day sample tote of 3 clothing items and 2 accessories. If she becomes a paid member, you will earn $10 in subscription credit each month that she is active. For every additional referral who signs up, you’ll get an additional $10 in subscription credit each month.
When will I receive my referral credits?
Your $10 subscription credit will automatically be applied to your account each month 7 days after your referred friend’s billing date.
How do I find my referral code?
You can find your personalized referral link by logging in and clicking "Invite Friends" at the top of the page.
What does the subscription credits cover?
The $10 credit will be applied to your subscription fees. This credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards or items from your tote or the site.
Is there a limit to the number of credits I can earn?
No! The more friends you refer the more credit you’ll earn. If you’ve earned more credits than the value of your current plan, they’ll automatically roll over to future months.
Example: If your plan costs $89 a month plan and you have 10 active referrals, you will earn $100 in subscription credit for that month. Since your plan is $89, the remaining $11 you have earned will rollover to the following month.
Do my referral credits expire?
The credits on your account will not expire and will roll over to the next month.
How can I track my referrals?
It is easy to track the credit balance on your Account page in the Subscription & Purchase Credit section.
Can I give my referral credit to someone else?
Unfortunately, the subscription credit is not transferable.
Can I get this credit for friends I’ve already referred?
You will only receive subscription credit for friends who become paid members while this limited-time offer is available. Note, your friends must use your personal referral link to qualify. Alternately, they can enter your personal referral code at checkout. You can find your personal referral code at the end of your referral link.

What happens if my friend pauses or cancels her membership?
You will only receive subscription credit if your referral is an active paying member. To protect the privacy of all members, we cannot share the names of your referrals and the status of their memberships. However, you can see how many of your referrals are active by visiting your Account page in the Subscription & Purchase Credit section
What happens if I pause or cancel my membership?
As long as you’re an active member, you’ll still be eligible to receive referral credits. If you decide to cancel your membership, you will not be eligible to receive referral credits and lose any that you may have already earned.
