How long you can keep a free sample tote?
You can enjoy your tote for up to 14 days! If you decide you love the service, all you have to do is send the tote back to qualify for a new tote and your membership automatically begins.
When do I need to drop off my free sample tote in the mail?
Your sample tote will need to be dropped off no later than day 14. You can also find this date on your account page under “membership details”.
What happens if you don't return your tote.
If you keep your sample tote for over 14 days, you’ll automatically be enrolled in our monthly subscription program and billed.
What plan will I be on after the sample tote?
Although your sample tote includes 3 clothing items and 2 accessories, you will be enrolled in the plan you chose during the checkout process.
When will I receive my next tote?
Once you return your sample tote and are automatically enrolled, you will receive your first “official” tote under the plan you chose.
How do you cancel?
